Controlled contact, non-decision. Juniors 5+ and adults. Weigh-in 10am, start 10:30am. No headshots under 15; 14oz/16oz gloves required for all bouts with headshots; mouthguard, groin guard (males) and shin guards required. Free parking behind the gym, plenty of food options nearby.
