What happened from the host
Junior weigh-in 8:30–9:30am, adults 9:30–10:30am, first bout 10am. Juniors (5–15): full protection incl. body shield, 3×1min rounds. Adults (16+): 16oz gloves, 3×1.5min rounds. Not about winning or losing — technique, control and composure. Food and drinks all day. Up to 3 coaches free per gym; coaches send fighter lists ASAP for matching. Note: this interclub was originally announced for 9 August and has been moved to Sunday 16 August.
